Typically, a Controller reports directly to the Finance Director or in some cases directly to the CEO. A key role in the transformation process to increase operation effectiveness and profitability.

Expected responsibilities (not exclusive) to:

• Plan, perform and improve the performance cycle including the budget process, quarterly forecasts and monthly reporting
• Drive P&L improvement through data-driven performance analysis which leads to new initiative implementation
• Review financial information and key financial ratios, conduct cause analyses and propose possible correction measures
• Manage the cash flow of the company, developing and updating liquidity forecasts
• Finance representation in various projects, aimed at increasing profitability and/or operational effectiveness
• Involvement in potential acquisitions and/or divestments

You should have a university education in Accounting Finance or Business Administration, you should have experience from analytical Finance and Excellent skills in MS Office (Powerpoint and Excel) and experience with BI tools (e.g. MS PowerBI). Facilitating corporate transformation and managing complex stakeholder environments. Competencies in financial planning, modelling and accounting. It carries merit that you have good communication skills, both written and verbal in Swedish and English.
